This podcast invites the general public to look at conflict resolution creatively, legally, and with humor. Conflict is inevitable, but how we resolve it matters. In this podcast, we examine stories and talk to experts about the different ways we handle strife and discord: at home, at work, internally and externally. We look at how art, media, legal cases, and different cultures view and resolve arguments.
Each week, listeners can contribute stories or engage in the topics CT and Dale review to make the Tough Calls more manageable through a mediation lens.
